This hotel was great! The staff was really nice and hospitable. We wanted to change the room after two nights because we wanted a real balcony rather than a French balcony, and the amazing staff made this happen. The breakfast was good, the pool area was amazing, and we will absolutely visit again when we’re in Ksamil!
Everything was wonderful. The people were so kind and pleasant, and I was truly impressed. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were more than hospitable throughout our entire stay.
